Our family has enjoyed the sugar-white sands and warm emerald waters of the Gulf Coast for over 50 years. Our beach house is located just steps from the Grand Lagoon, home to the Captain Anderson’s and Treasure Ship fishing fleets, and steps from breathtaking sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Venture Out resort is located on the easternmost portion of Thomas Drive, just next to St. Andrew’s State Park, an award-winning natural wonder.

Whether you enjoy amazing sunrises on our deck, grilling the day’s “catch” with friends, or just spending time with the family doing nothing, there is something for everyone at 399.

Speaking of our name, “399” – it’s simply a family tradition. Our beach house is located on lot 399 in the Venture Out resort. It’s a simple name. Three numbers. Each is packed with countless memories.
